I Choose to be Joiful is a 21 day guide to cultivate joy in your life! It is a self-exploration journal designed to focus on three aspects of creating a joiful life: Self-Love, Freedom from Fear, and the Pursuit of a Joiful Life! Each week begins with easy to implement suggestions on how to focus your energy on creating a positive mindset, specifically within the three focus areas. This daily journal is an opportunity to intentionally pay attention to your thoughts and actions that may be standing in the way of true well-being and contentment. Use it at the end of the day as a reflective practice, or the start of each day to begin with positivity!
